Where is my 2nd Solar Panel?

Went on site for one last check before plastering start next week. Appointment made with SS to be onsite on Tuesday morning to discuss fixing the defects identified earlier.

While the scaffolding was still there I made the climb up the ladder to inspect the roof. Looks like the tradesmen had come back to finish the roof tiles as they are now positioned and cemented properly. However noticed that they didn't cut the valley cleanly with the bit of metal sticking out. Will mention to SS to get it fixed.

Roof valley to be trimmed properly
On the other side of the roof, the solar panel has been installed. But there's only 1? Floor plan mention 2 panels to be installed. Onother note to mention to SS.

Only 1 solar panel

  1. the valley is shocking.
With a big down por water would bounce from the roof tiles and drain to the ground.

    Get it fixed.

    1. absolutely, it was a shocking job from the roof people. I checked yesterday and it has been fixed. SS agreed with me that it was not acceptable.

  3. In the first image are the roof tiles overhanging too close to the gutter (may be the angle the pic was taken).

Image 2 is the correct spacing.
